Terms & Conditions

Effective: 4 October 2026 | Updated: 4 October 2026

Welcome to AMP KART, operated by AMP Enterprises ("AMP KART", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://ampkart.co.in/ and your purchase of products through AMP KART.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. ABOUT AMP KART

AMP KART is an eCommerce platform operated by:

Company: AMP Enterprises

Brand: AMP KART

Website: https://ampkart.co.in

Email: ampkartofficial@gmail.com

AMP KART may offer food products, grocery products, FMCG products, and other products from time to time. Product categories and availability may change as the business develops.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

You may use AMP KART and place orders only if you are legally capable of entering into a valid transaction under applicable law.

Where account creation is available, you may be required to provide accurate information such as:

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is accurate and up to date.

You must not:

AMP KART may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, misuse, repeated unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, including:

Product images are for representation and may have reasonable differences from the physical product due to photography, display settings, packaging updates, or manufacturing variations.

For packaged food products, the product packaging and applicable statutory declarations shall be the authoritative source for product-specific information where appropriate.

4. PRODUCT QUALITY AND FOOD PRODUCTS

AMP KART intends to provide products that meet the applicable quality and regulatory requirements relevant to the products being sold.

For food products:

AMP KART will not knowingly supply products that are unsafe or materially different from the product ordered.

5. PRICES AND MRP

Product prices displayed on AMP KART may change from time to time. The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to obvious technical, typographical, pricing, inventory, or system errors.

Where applicable:

AMP KART may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before order fulfilment, subject to applicable law. If an order has been affected by a clear and material pricing/system error, AMP KART may contact the customer regarding the order before fulfilment.

6. ORDER PLACEMENT

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that AMP KART has finally accepted the order for fulfilment.

AMP KART may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances such as:

Where payment has already been received for an order that AMP KART cancels, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method/process, subject to applicable law and payment-provider timelines.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND COD VERIFICATION

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, AMP KART may verify the order through:

COD orders may not be dispatched until the order and delivery information have been reasonably confirmed.

AMP KART may restrict or disable COD for:

These controls are intended to reduce fraudulent orders and failed deliveries. Our internal business system specifically requires COD verification before dispatch and allows COD restrictions for high-RTO situations.

8. COD HANDLING CHARGE

For COD orders, a COD/handling/remittance charge may apply in addition to the product price and applicable delivery charges. The applicable COD charge will be displayed or communicated before order completion wherever reasonably possible.

The COD charge may vary depending on the order, payment/delivery arrangement, service provider, location, or operational structure. AMP KART reserves the right to change the applicable COD charge from time to time.

Our current business system allows a COD charge in the ₹20–₹50 range depending on the applicable order structure.

9. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges may apply depending on:

The applicable delivery charge, if any, will be shown or communicated before order completion. AMP KART may offer free delivery on selected orders or above a specified order value when the applicable offer is available.

Any free-delivery threshold or offer may be changed or withdrawn from time to time. Our current business planning uses a free-delivery threshold around ₹499/₹500 subject to margin and operational feasibility.

10. DELIVERY PARTNERS

AMP KART may use:

The delivery partner may vary depending on location, serviceability, price, speed, availability, and operational requirements. AMP KART does not guarantee that a particular courier company will always be used.

11. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on:

Any delivery estimate shown on the website is an estimate and not an unconditional guarantee. AMP KART will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the communicated timeframe.

12. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unverifiable address, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where permitted.

13. RTO — RETURN TO ORIGIN

RTO means an order that could not be delivered and is returned to AMP KART or its fulfilment source. RTO may occur because of:

RTO can cause forward delivery, return delivery, packaging, and operational costs. AMP KART may take reasonable measures to reduce repeated RTO, including COD verification and restrictions. Our internal system specifically treats RTO as a business risk and requires RTO monitoring and preventive controls.

14. CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Cancellation before dispatch

If a customer requests cancellation before the order has been dispatched, AMP KART may accept the cancellation subject to order status and applicable conditions. For prepaid orders, eligible refund amounts will be processed through the applicable payment/refund method.

B. Cancellation after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the normal cancellation process. The customer may need to wait for delivery/return handling or contact customer support for available options. Applicable delivery, COD, return, or other charges may not be refundable where they have already been incurred, subject to applicable law.

C. Customer refusal at delivery

Refusing a COD order after dispatch may result in an RTO. Repeated refusal/cancellation may lead to COD restrictions on future orders.

15. RETURN POLICY FOR FOOD PRODUCTS

Because food products are consumable products and cannot generally be safely resold after delivery, AMP KART generally does not accept returns merely because a customer has changed their mind or does not want the product after delivery.

However, this does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law. Return/replacement/refund may be considered for genuine issues such as:

The Activity Log records a 3-day return window and a damage/wrong-product-only approach, with evidence requirements.

16. DAMAGE CLAIMS

A. Damage caused during delivery

If the product/package was damaged during transportation or delivery, the customer should contact AMP KART as soon as possible. Where appropriate, AMP KART may provide:

The final resolution will depend on the nature and verification of the damage.

B. Damage caused after delivery by customer

If evidence indicates that the product was damaged, opened, contaminated, mishandled, or otherwise altered by the customer after successful delivery, AMP KART may reject the return/refund request, subject to applicable law.

17. VIDEO / PHOTO PROOF FOR DAMAGE OR WRONG PRODUCT

For damage, wrong-product, or similar claims, AMP KART may request:

Our current internal return policy requires video proof for return claims and may reject unsupported claims or require the customer to bear applicable return charges where appropriate. However, lack of a video will not be used to unlawfully deny a consumer remedy where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. RETURN WINDOW

Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, eligible damage/wrong-product claims should normally be reported within 3 days of delivery. Customers should contact AMP KART as soon as they discover an issue. Late claims may require additional verification and may not be accepted where the applicable return period has expired, subject to applicable law.

19. REFUND POLICY

Where AMP KART approves a refund, the refund amount and method will depend on the reason for the refund and the payment method used.

For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be processed through the applicable payment/refund mechanism. For COD orders, AMP KART may require the customer to provide appropriate bank/UPI/payment details where necessary for refund processing.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in the customer's account because payment providers and banks may require processing time. Our previous operational policy targeted approximately 5–7 days for refund processing, subject to the applicable payment provider and banking process.

20. NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

Subject to applicable law, a return/refund may generally not be approved where:

This section does not exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

21. OFFERS, COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS

AMP KART may provide:

Each promotion may have its own eligibility criteria, validity period, usage limits, product restrictions, or other conditions. AMP KART may withdraw or modify promotional offers where permitted. Promotional offers cannot generally be combined unless expressly stated.

22. WALLET, REWARDS OR STORE CREDITS

If AMP KART provides wallet balance, reward points, coupons, credits, or similar benefits, their use may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the relevant program. Such benefits may:

The specific terms applicable to any future reward/credit system will be displayed when that system is launched.

23. PAYMENT SECURITY

AMP KART may use third-party payment/checkout providers such as Razorpay, GoKwik, or another provider selected for the service. Customers should never share:

with AMP KART employees, delivery personnel, or unknown third parties. Payment-related authentication should only be completed through the official payment interface.

24. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

AMP KART attempts to keep the website available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

Availability and performance of such services may be outside AMP KART's direct control. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

28. FORCE MAJEURE

AMP KART will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Where possible, AMP KART will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.

29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AMP KART will take reasonable care in providing its services. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, AMP KART will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right, statutory remedy, liability, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
